Once the diet is over, and they consume that deeply dished pizza they've been craving for over their 6 weeks super weight loss diet their weight the next morning will have rocketed 5lbs or more just from their pizza. Ultimately causing them to give up and return to their previous daily routines.
However what they don't realise is this is mostly from their body still processing their indulgences, even the increase of sodium from the pizza resulting in retaining more water retention e.g weight gain.
Not forgetting that women hormones play a huge effect too in which can also affect the scales especially when their bodies are going through their monthly cycles.
In reality the process of losing weight doesn't happen overnight, or in 6 weeks from divulging in an unrealistic diet, long-term weight loss comes from persistence, staying focused and knowing their journey will be long and slow, but ultimately, in the end, their dedication will be highly rewarding and worth every step and pain they've suffered.
